1. Accepting the terms
These terms form an agreement between you and SendTmp governing your use of the website and services. If you disagree with any part of them, stop accessing and using the services.
Anyone using the services on behalf of an organization confirms that they have authority to bind that organization to these terms. Privacy-related processing is covered by the Privacy Policy, which applies together with these terms.
2. Service description
SendTmp provides short-term disposable inboxes, forwarding aliases with verification-code login, 30-day archives, and two-step verification tools. Disposable inboxes receive email only and cannot send messages.
We may adjust features, capacity, and domains for maintenance, security, or compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee that every sender will accept disposable addresses or that messages will always arrive immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the age and capacity requirements in your jurisdiction for independently consenting to online services. Minors should use the service with a guardian’s consent and supervision.
People subject to sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions may not use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local law and the rules of the websites receiving your email.
4. Login and security
The forwarding dashboard identifies users through verification codes sent to their real email address. You are responsible for controlling that mailbox, your browser sessions, and any enabled two-step authenticator.
Do not share verification codes, tokens, QR codes, or TOTP keys. If you notice unusual access, sign out, secure your real mailbox, and contact support@sendtmp.com.
5. Addresses and ownership
Disposable addresses and aliases provide access to the service; they do not transfer ownership of any domain, address, or related identifier. We may block reserved words, dangerous names, or confusing prefixes.
A disposable address may stop receiving messages after it expires or is changed, and may eventually return to the available pool. Do not rely on it to maintain a long-term identity, financial account, or sole recovery route.
| Feature | Service commitment | What you should do |
|---|
| Disposable email | Make reasonable efforts to receive messages during the validity period shown on the page | Read messages before expiration and do not link the address to critical accounts |
| Forwarding alias | Attempt delivery to the login email while enabled | Keep the destination mailbox available and maintain your filtering rules |
| 30-day archive | Provides recent records, not a permanent backup | Save information you need to keep long term without delay |
| Attachments and external links | Does not guarantee the safety or continued availability of third-party files | Assess the source and risks yourself before downloading |
6. Email content
Email content is created by senders and the delivery process. SendTmp does not pre-approve any statements, links, or attachments. You must assess the authenticity of messages yourself; do not assume a message is safe simply because it appears in your inbox.
We may use automated systems to block malicious content, oversized messages, and obvious abuse, but we do not guarantee that every risk will be detected. You remain responsible for deciding whether to open links, download files, or submit information.
7. Availability and changes
Maintenance, network failures, third-party delivery restrictions, and events beyond our control may cause delays or interruptions. The free service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may adjust validity periods, capacity, archive windows, or the interface, while making reasonable efforts to avoid unjustified disruption of normal use. Important data should not be stored only in a 30-day archive.
8. Restrictions and termination
If we detect unlawful, dangerous, automated abuse or other violations of these terms, we may limit requests, disable aliases, delete content, or terminate access. We may act without prior notice when there is an urgent security risk.
You may stop using a disposable mailbox, delete an alias, or leave the dashboard to end your use. After termination, legally required security records and liabilities that have already arisen do not disappear.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, marks, code, and original copy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable license to access the service for normal use.
You may not copy the service, remove rights notices, interfere with its operation, or use SendTmp marks in a way that suggests a partnership. Third-party brands and content in emails remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendTmp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including losses caused by delayed email, loss of an account recovery route, or third-party content. Where local law does not allow certain limitations, mandatory local rules apply.
Choose a disposable email address, alias, or long-term mailbox based on the risks of your task. Financial, medical, legal, and important identity accounts should not rely on short-lived addresses.
11. Indemnity and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonable claims and expenses arising from your unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights, or violation of these terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and allow you to participate in the defense.
If a dispute arises, contact support@sendtmp.com first so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protection, jurisdiction, and choice-of-law rules remain governed by the law applicable where you live.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will mark the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the service; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
For questions about the rules, content removal, or account security, email support@sendtmp.com. Include enough context, but never send verification codes or two-step verification keys.
